However, daily wear and contact with lotions, perfumes, or cleaning products may loosen stones, bend prongs, or wear down settings over time. This is a natural process and often happens gradually without visible warning.

How to care for your jewelry

Keep your jewelry dry. Avoid wearing it while swimming, bathing, or doing sports. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes (recommended range: 0°C to 60°C).
When not in use, store your jewelry in the provided dust bag or a soft-lined jewelry box.
In humid environments, place a small desiccant packet inside your storage box to prevent moisture damage.
Avoid contact with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying perfumes, colognes, lotions, or other chemicals.
Remove rings before cooking or applying thick creams, as oils can build up in the setting and affect its shine.

How to clean your jewelry

After wearing, gently wipe each piece with a soft, clean cloth to remove oils and sweat.
Use a soft brush only; avoid any sharp or hard tools that may damage the surface.
Clean your jewelry regularly, as lotions, soaps, and skin oils can reduce the brilliance of stones over time.
Avoid exposing colored gemstones to chemicals, solvents, or ultrasonic cleaners unless you are sure they are safe for that specific material.
